• Only those records matching the criteria entered will be returned.
• Due to the number of records returned per inquiry and data limitations of Microsoft Excel, you will only be able to export records using one starting letter of the Employer Name at a time.
• Criteria set for “Policy Effective Date Range” returns a list of policies with the effective date that falls within the date ranges selected.
• County dropdown only contains Florida counties. To return out of state policies, you must choose the “ALL” option from the County dropdown.
