Health Care Provider Violations Website - The Medical Services Section takes referrals for investigation of health care provider violations of Chapter 440, F.S. This includes standards of care requirements, improper billing, and collection of payments from the injured employee, failure to provide medical records, failure to refund reimbursement for service improperly billed or that constituted overutilization by the health care provider.
