Proof of Coverage Database - This search will produce a downloadable list of employers in the State of Florida whose Workers’ Compensation insurance policies have been reported to the Division of Workers’ Compensation within the past 5 years. The search may be narrowed by specifying Employer Name, Federal Employer ID Number, Employer Policy Number, Expiration Date, Effective Date or County (selecting a specific county will only provide policies within that county).
Exemption Search - This search will produce a downloadable list of officers of a corporation or members of a limited liability company who have excluded themselves from the workers’ compensation laws. Once they are exempt, the officers or members are not considered employees for workers’ compensation coverage and may not recover workers’ compensation benefits. The search may be narrowed by specifying Employer Name, Federal Employer ID Number, and whether the business associated with the officer or member is in the construction or non-construction industry.
Noncompliance Referral Database - To report an employer you suspect has illegally failed to secure workers' compensation insurance coverage for all of the employer's employees, complete this form.
Construction Policy Tracking Database - The Construction Policy Tracking Database provides information to contractors regarding the coverage status of the contractors they use. This easy-to-use system will send contractors automatic electronic notification of any changes to their contractor's coverage status. The only action required of the contractor is to register and list the contractors for whom they would like to receive coverage notification.
Insurers licensed to do business in the State of Florida - Clicking on this link will take you from the Division of Workers' Compensation website to the Office of Insurance Regulation website. Please follow prompts once you are at their site.
Compliance Stop Work Order Database - The Compliance Stop Work Order Database lists employers that have been issued a Stop Work Order. Stop Work Orders are based upon a determination that an employer has failed to secure the payment of compensation resulting in an immediate serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare (s. 440.107, Florida Statutes). For questions regarding this database, please contact the Bureau of Compliance at (850) 413-1609.
Election Search - Click on the ‘Election Search' button to find elections related to this employer, policy number, effective and withdrawal dates, Election Holder name, and FEIN.
Digital Downloads - This search will provide Policy data in a batch format. The data will be narrowed by the starting letter of the Employer Name (A, B, C, etc.), Effective Date (month and year), and County. This data is exported to Microsoft Excel.
