• Searches by "Employer Name" return records starting with the search data entered. For example, searching by "Employer Name" using the value "Widget" retrieves records with Employer Names of "WIDGETS, INC", "WIDGETS BY PAUL", and "WIDGET NORTH CO". AT LEAST 3 CHARACTERS MUST BE ENTERED FOR THIS CRITERIA.
• Searches by "Employer Federal ID Number" return records exactly matching the 9-digit search data. For example, using the value "112222222" retrieves only the record(s) with a Federal ID Number of "112222222". All 9 DIGITS MUST BE ENTERED FOR THIS CRITERIA.
• Searches by "Employer Policy Number" return records exactly matching the search data entered. For example, using the value "12345" retrieves only the records(s) with an Employer Policy Number of "12345". Leave out hyphens, spaces and special characters when entering the policy number ...example "WC-12345" should be entered as "WC12345".
• Searches by "Expiration Date" return a list of policies with the expiration date that matches the date entered; must select insurer or county, both cannot be All.
• Searches by "Effective Date" return a list of policies with the effective date that matches the date entered; must select insurer or county, both cannot be All.
• Searches by "All Policies by County" return records containing the search data entered. For example, searching by using the value "LEON" retrieves records for the "Employer Name" entered in "LEON" county. AT LEAST 3 CHARACTERS MUST BE ENTERED FOR THIS CRITERIA.
